Week 11 — Recovery Update

Joint mobility has improved dramatically since starting BPC-157. Morning stiffness that plagued me for years is nearly gone. The TB-500 seems to be accelerating the process. Sleep quality feels better too, though that could be placebo. Bloodwork came back clean — no concerning markers. Will continue the stack through month 4.

Great to see the bloodwork backing it up. Clean markers at week 11 is exactly what we want to see. Keep documenting!

The sleep improvement is real — I noticed the same thing around week 8. Have you tried tracking with a wearable? My Oura data was pretty convincing.

Adverse Effect Report

Stopping Semaglutide — Adverse Effects

After 5 weeks on Semaglutide (0.5mg/week), I'm discontinuing use. Persistent nausea following the 4th and 5th doses made it unsustainable. Unable to maintain normal food intake for 12+ hours post-injection. The appetite suppression was effective but the GI side effects outweigh the benefits for me at this dosage.

Sorry to hear this. For what it's worth, 0.5mg is where most people hit the wall. Have you considered dropping back to 0.25mg for another 4–6 weeks before re-attempting the step-up? Slower titration has a much better tolerance profile.

I had the exact same experience. The nausea at 0.5mg was unbearable. Ended up splitting to 0.25mg 2x/week and it was night and day difference. Worth trying before giving up entirely.

Week 6 — BPC-157 is Delivering

Noticeable reduction in knee inflammation. Can now do full depth squats without the grinding sensation that's been there for 18 months. Recovery between training sessions has dropped from 72h to about 48h. No side effects to report from either BPC-157 or TB-500.

The grinding sensation disappearing is huge. I had the same timeline — around week 5-6 was when I noticed the crepitus fading. Stick with it!

72h → 48h recovery is a 33% improvement. That's clinically meaningful. Would love to see you track CRP levels if you get bloodwork done.

Adding Semaglutide

Starting GLP-1 protocol today. Adding Semaglutide at 0.5mg/week alongside the existing recovery stack. Goal is to dial in body composition while the healing peptides do their work. Will monitor for any interactions or compounding side effects.

Just a heads up — most protocols recommend starting at 0.25mg for the first 4 weeks. Jumping straight to 0.5mg increases the chance of GI sides significantly.

Week 2 Check-in

Two weeks in on BPC-157 and TB-500. Nothing dramatic to report yet, which is expected. Injection sites are clean, no irritation. Might be placebo, but morning joint stiffness feels slightly better. Compliance has been 100% so far.

Week 2 is still early — don't expect miracles yet. In my experience week 4-6 is when things start clicking. 100% compliance is the key though, keep it up.

Starting the Recovery Stack

Day 1 of the Recovery Stack protocol by @dr.peptide. Running BPC-157 at 250mcg/day and TB-500 at 2mg twice weekly, both subcutaneous. Primary goal is addressing chronic knee and shoulder issues from years of training. Will be documenting everything here.

Welcome to the stack! Consistency is everything with this protocol. Looking forward to following your progress.

Great to see another person documenting publicly. The more N=1 data we have, the better the community picture gets.
