Has anyone noticed improved sleep quality on BPC-157? I'm 6 weeks in and sleeping significantly better but hard to isolate the variable.

Yes! I mentioned this in my Week 11 log. Could be coincidence but the pattern holds for me too. Definitely not placebo at this point.

Same experience here. Started tracking with Oura and my deep sleep increased ~15% after week 4. Consistent for 3 weeks now.

Running BPC-157 post-ACL repair. 4 weeks in, PT says I'm ahead of schedule on range of motion. Can't attribute it all to the peptide but the timeline is notable compared to my previous knee surgery recovery.

Had a similar experience post-meniscus. The inflammation reduction was noticeable within the first 2 weeks. My ortho was surprised at the follow-up.

Quick question for the community — is there a meaningful difference between SubQ and IM injection for BPC-157? I've been doing SubQ near the injury site but wondering if IM would be more effective for a deep muscle strain.
