Increasing Reta by 1.5mg

I've been on 3mg of Reta for the last three weeks and so far I haven't experienced any significant side effects. I am getting hungrier than usual, should I increase my dosage for the next phase from 3mg to 4.5mg for 2 weeks?

Boost Reta Dose By +1.5mg; 3mg -> 4.5mg

1.5mg jump is too much, you need to titrate by 0.5mg every few weeks. Too high of jump in dosage can cause for side effects. YMMV.

Adverse Effect Report

DSIP - Slight Nausea?

Dosed DSIP at 6:30pm and headed for the gym at 8pm. Mid way through workout, I started feeling nauseous and lightheaded. Could potentially be related to DSIP but not sure.

DSIP - Probably the best sleep I've ever had

After researching a fair bit on DSIP, I was sort of skeptical about it but after giving it a shot, I am very impressed with the results. In fact, I tried a night of sleep without vs. with, and to my surprise, the nights where I dosed DSIP I slept twice as long without waking up.
